Travis Stice
Mr. Stice has served as our Chairman of the Board since February 2022, as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2012 and as a director of Diamondback since November 2012.  Mr. Stice has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the general partner of Viper Energy Partners LP (Nasdaq: VNOM), one of our publicly traded subsidiaries, since February 2014 and as the Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the general partner of Rattler Midstream LP (Nasdaq: RTLR), another of our publicly traded subsidiaries, since July 2018. Prior to these positions with Diamondback and the general partners of Viper and Rattler, he served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2011 to January 2012.  From November 2010 to April 2011, Mr. Stice served as a Production Manager of Apache Corporation, an oil and gas exploration company.  He served as a Vice President of Laredo Petroleum Holdings, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company, from September 2008 to September 2010 and as a Development Manager of ConocoPhillips/Burlington Resources Mid Continent Business Unit, an oil and gas exploration company, from April 2006 until August 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Stice held a series of positions of increasing responsibilities at Burlington Resources until that company was acquired by ConocoPhillips in March 2006. He started his career with Mobil Oil in 1985.  Mr. Stice has 37 years of industry experience and over 28 years of management experience. Mr. Stice graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Stice is a registered engineer in the State of Texas, and is a 37-year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He also serves on industry boards for the Permian Basin Petroleum Association, American Exploration and Production Council, the National Petroleum Council, the Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering Advisory Board, the All-American Wildcatters and the American Petroleum Institute.  Additionally, he is on local community boards for Manor Park Retirement Center in Midland, the Midland Memorial Hospital, the Midland Chamber of Commerce and the Dynamic Catholic Institute.
    Kaes Van't Hof

    Mr. Van’t Hof has served as our President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2022. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development from February 2019 to February 2022, as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development from January 2017 to February 2019 and as our Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development since joining us in July 2016. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Van't Hof served as Chief Executive Officer for Bison Drilling and Field Services from September 2012 to June 2016. From August 2011 to August 2012, Mr. Van't Hof was an analyst for Wexford Capital, LP responsible for developing operating models and business plans, including for our initial public offering, and before that worked for the Investment Banking - Financial Institutions Group of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. from February 2010 to July 2011. Mr. Van't Hof was a professional tennis player from May 2008 to January 2010. Mr. Van't Hof received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

      Daniel Wesson
      Mr. Wesson has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2022.  Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Executive Vice President of Operations from March 2020 to February 2022, Senior Vice President of Operations from February 2019 to March 2020, Vice President of Operations from April 2017 to February 2019, our Completions Manager from January 2013 to April 2017 and as an Operations Engineer since joining us in February 2012. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Wesson served in various operations and engineering roles for BOPCO from 2010 to 2012 and ConocoPhillips from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Wesson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and is a member of the Permian Basin Society of Petroleum Engineers.
        Matt Zmigrosky
        Mr. Zmigrosky has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary since February 2023.  Prior to his current position, he served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since joining us in February 2019. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Zmigrosky was in private practice of law, most recently as a partner in the corporate section of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP where he worked extensively with Diamondback and its subsidiaries. Mr. Zmigrosky holds a BSM in Finance from Tulane University and a JD from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
          Teresa Dick
          Ms. Dick has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Secretary since February 2019. Prior to her current position with us, she served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2017 to February 2019, our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2009 to January 2017 and our Corporate Controller since joining us in November 2007. Before joining Diamondback, Ms. Dick held a key management position as the Controller/Tax Director at Hiland Partners, a publicly-traded midstream energy master limited partnership. Ms. Dick has over 25 years of accounting experience, including public company experience in both audit and tax areas. Since March 2021, Ms. Dick has served as a director of The Bank7 Corp. (Nasdaq: BSVN) and is a member of the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Ms. Dick received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. Ms. Dick is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies.
            Thomas Hawkins

            Mr. Hawkins has served as Executive Vice President of Special Projects since February 2022. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Executive Vice President of Land from February 2019 to February 2022 and as Senior Vice President of Land since joining us in March 2017. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Hawkins was an independent Consultant for Land Activities from July 2016 to February 2017. Mr. Hawkins has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Hawkins spent seven years with Oasis Petroleum, an active oil and gas company in the Williston Basin, as their Senior Vice President of Land or similar capacities from March 2009 to June 2016 at which time he retired. Mr. Hawkins previously retired from ConocoPhillips in February 2009 after spending 31 years with ConocoPhillips and Burlington Resources (which ConocoPhillips acquired in 2006). During that time, Mr. Hawkins held various operations and managerial positions in Land, Marketing, Planning and the Corporate Acquisitions and Divestitures groups. Mr. Hawkins has worked in several major regions in the continental United States, including the San Juan Basin, the Williston Basin and the Austin Chalk/Wilcox Trends in South Texas. Mr. Hawkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso.

              Joe Niederhofer
              Mr. Niederhofer has served as Senior Vice President of Midstream Operations since February 2019. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Vice President of Permian Basin Operations since joining us in November 2018. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Niederhofer served as Vice President of Permian Basin Operations for Energen Corporation. Prior to the Permian Basin assignment, he managed Energen’s San Juan Basin assets in New Mexico from 1997 – 2002 and their Coalbed Methane assets in Alabama from 1986 – 1997. Mr. Niederhofer attended Texas A&M where he received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and is a member of the Permian Basin Society of Petroleum Engineers.
                David Cannon
                Mr. Cannon has served as Senior Vice President of Geoscience and Technology since February 2019. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Vice President of Geoscience from April 2017 to February 2019, our Exploration Manager from March 2015 to April 2017 and as a Senior Geologist since joining us in March 2014. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Cannon served as a Senior Geologist for Newfield Exploration, from January 2013 to March 2014, where he assisted in exploration, assessment, and development of SCOOP/STACK properties in the Anadarko Basin. Prior to that, he held the position of District Geologist for Samson Resources, from August 2011 to January 2013, where he held a position in the Corporate Exploration Department assessing Rockies, Mid-Continent, and East Texas unconventional plays. He was recruited by ConocoPhillips in 2008, where he held various positions in exploration and development of Rockies and Bakken assets. Mr. Cannon received his BS Geology from the State University of New York, College at Brockport in 2005 and obtained his MS in Geoscience from Pennsylvania State University in 2008 with a focus on structural geology and rock mechanics.
                  W. Marc Dingler IV
                  Mr. Dingler has served as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs since February 2019. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Vice President of Legal and Deputy General Counsel from April 2017 to February 2019 and as our Deputy General Counsel since joining us in April 2014. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Dingler served as Associate General Counsel for Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc. from June 2005 to April 2014 and Senior Attorney from January 2002 to June 2005. Mr. Dingler was Of Counsel in private practice with the Midland firm of Woerndle, Strain and Miller, LLP from October 2000 to January 2002. He served Costilla Energy Inc. in the Office of Legal Counsel from October 1998 to June 2000. From 1991 to 1998 he served in various roles within the Legal Department of Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc. and its predecessor, Parker & Parsley Petroleum Co. Mr. Dingler began his legal career in private practice with Sanders, Bruin, Coll and Worley, PA in Roswell, NM in 1989. Mr. Dingler received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1989.
                    Ms. Blubaugh-Few has served as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Controller since February 2019. Prior to her current position with us, she served as our Vice President of Accounting and Controller from April 2017 to February 2019, our Controller from November 2009 to April 2017, and our Assistant Controller from November 2007 to November 2009 since joining us in January 2007. Before joining Diamondback, Ms. Blubaugh-Few held various accounting roles with Faulkner Exploration. She holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Oklahoma State University, majoring in Accounting and Finance as well as an MBA from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
                      Al Barkmann
                      Mr. Barkmann has served as Senior Vice President of Reservoir Engineering since November 2021. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Vice President of Reservoir Engineering from February 2019 to November 2021 and as Reservoir Engineering Manager since joining us in November 2018. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Barkmann worked for Energen Resources Corporation from May 2006 to November 2018 serving in various capacities of increasing responsibility, most recently as Reservoir Engineering Manager and has worked in the Permian Basin since 2006. Mr. Barkmann began his career with BJ Services in June 2004 as a Completions Engineer, joining Energen Resources Corporation in May 2006 as a Reservoir Engineer. He then moved to the Business Development group as an Acquisitions Engineer in September 2010 building substantial acreage positions in the Midland and Delaware Basins. Mr. Barkmann was promoted to Reservoir Engineering Supervisor of the Midland Basin in January 2014 where he coordinated all aspects of Reservoir Engineering for Energen at the onset of its horizontal shale development program. Mr. Barkmann graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum.
                        Yong Cho
                        Mr. Cho has served as Senior Vice President of Drilling since November 2021.  Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Vice President of Drilling from August 2018 to November 2021 and as Delaware Drilling Manager since joining us in April 2017.Mr. Cho has continued to make significant contributions to the team and will continue to ensure Diamondback's focus on teamwork is utilized to deliver best-in-class drilling operations. Before Joining Diamondback, Mr. Cho served as Drilling and Completion Manager for SK Plymouth from 2016 to 2017, and worked for Chesapeake Energy, beginning in 2004, and served as their Drilling Manager from 2007 through 2015. Mr. Cho also gained experience working as a Senior Drilling Engineer for ConocoPhillips Company, and Union Pacific Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
                          Bill B. Caraway
                          Mr. Caraway has served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel since February 2023. Since joining us, he has served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from March 2021 to January 2023, Deputy General Counsel from March 2020 to March 2021, and Associate General Counsel General from November 2018 to March 2020.  Mr. Caraway began his legal career with Baker Botts LLP in Houston and was subsequently a sole practitioner in Houston and in Hallettsville before joining Kelly Hart & Hallman as a partner in its Midland office in 2015 where he represented Diamondback on various litigation matters. Mr. Caraway received his B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University where he served as the Student Association President. Mr. Caraway graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University School of Law and was Executive Editor of the Law Review. He is licensed in Texas and New Mexico.
                            Jere W. Thompson III
                            Mr. Thompson has served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development since February 2023. Prior to his current position, he served as our Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development since joining us in March 2021. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Thompson served as Vice President of Planning at Concho Resources Inc. from January 2019 to January 2021, Director of Finance from May 2017 to January 2019, Finance and Planning Manager from March 2016 to May 2017 and as a Financial Analyst from July 2012 to March 2016. Prior to joining Concho, Mr. Thompson worked in various roles in the energy group at Amegy Bank from June 2010 to July 2012. Mr. Thompson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of the Arts degree in History from the University of Texas at Austin.
                              Mr. Curry has served as Vice President of Land since February 2022. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Director of Land from August 2021 to February 2022 and as Manager of Land since joining us in June 2017. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Curry served as a Senior Landman for Elevation Resources, from May 2011 to May 2014, where he focused on their Central Basin Platform exploration play. Before joining Elevation Resources, Mr. Curry served as an Area Landman for Energen Resources from May 2011 to May 2014, overseeing land operations for the Delaware Basin. Mr. Curry began his oil and gas career with PETEX, Ltd. in May 2001, working primarily in the Bend Arch region of Texas. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University. 
                                Greg Dolezal
                                Mr. Dolezal has served as Vice President of Information Technology since March 2021. Prior to his current position, he served as Director of Information Technology since joining us in June 2018. In his current role, he is responsible for all areas of Information Technology including cyber security, ensuring alignment with business strategy and is focused on providing value to Diamondback and its stockholders. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Dolezal served as Senior Manager in Information Technology at the end of his tenure for Devon Energy. He began his career with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he focused on implementing innovative, technical solutions for energy clients. He has over 20 years of technology leadership experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Dolezal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University in 1998 where he served as President of the Alpha Pi Mu Honor Society.
                                 
                                  Johnny D. Dossey
                                  Mr. Dossey has served as Vice President of Marketing since February 2022. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Director of Marketing from March 2021 to February 2022 and as our Oil Marketing Manager from September 2018 to March 2021. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Dossey served as Senior Marketing Advisor and then Oil Marketing Manager for Concho Resources from November 2014 to September 2018. Prior to joining Concho, Mr. Dossey served in various leadership roles for Western Refining, Montana Refining Company, and Calumet Specialty Products Partners. Prior to joining Montana Refining Company, Mr. Dossey also worked in numerous commercial roles for Holly Corporation (now HollyFrontier), where he built the foundation of his marketing, business development, pipeline and logistics expertise. Mr. Dossey received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He serves as a mentor for the Rawls College of Business Executive Mentor Program at Texas Tech University, and is an active member in various industry associations, such as the Permian Basin Natural Gas Society. 
                                    Mr. Landers has served as Vice President of Completions since February 2022. Prior to his current position with us, he served as Completion Manager from September 2018 to March 2022. Before joining Diamondback, he worked at RSP Permian as a Completion Engineer from April 2014 to August 2018. Prior to joining RSP Permian, he served in various operational and technical completion roles at Cimarex Energy and Halliburton Energy Services from 2007 to 2014. Mr. Landers received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University and is a member of the Permian Basin Society of Petroleum Engineers.
                                     
                                      Adam T. Lawlis
                                      Mr. Lawlis has served as Vice President of Investor Relations since February 2019. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Director of Investor Relations from April 2017 to February 2019, our Investor Relations Manager from February 2016 to April 2017 and as an investor relations analyst since joining us in March 2013. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Lawlis worked at Simmons & Company International as an equity research associate from 2010 to 2013 and various finance roles at Sabine Storage & Operations from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Lawlis received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He is a board member of the Permian Basin Chapter of the American Red Cross and YPE. Additionally, he is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and a mentor for the Rawls College of Business Executive Mentor Program at Texas Tech University.

                                        Mr. Luoma has served as Vice President of Production since February 2022. Prior to his current position with us, he served as Production Engineering Manager since joining us in September 2019.  Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Luoma served in various production engineering, asset team lead and production engineering supervisory roles in SM Energy’s Permian region from September 2011 to September 2019.  Mr. Luoma started his career in Midland TX in 2006 with Burlington Resources who was later acquired by ConocoPhillips.  He served in various completions, facilities, and production engineering roles in the basins across the Rockies as well as the North Sea. Mr. Luoma received his Bachelor of Science in General Engineering with a Mechanical Engineering option from Montana Tech University. 

                                          Mr. Ragsdale has served as Vice President of Planning and Reserves since February 2023. Prior to his current position with us, he served as our Manager of Reservoir Engineering Corporate Planning and Reserves from March 2020 to February 2023 and as Reservoir Engineering Supervisor since joining us in November 2018. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Ragsdale worked for Energen Resources Corporation serving in various engineering roles from 2008 to 2018, most recently as Reservoir Engineering Supervisor for the Midland Basin. Mr. Ragsdale graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
