Biography

Mr. Ragsdale has served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Engineering since February 2026. Prior to his current position with us, he served as Vice President of Planning and Reserves from February 2023 to February 2026, as our Manager of Reservoir Engineering Corporate Planning and Reserves from March 2020 to February 2023 and as Reservoir Engineering Supervisor since joining us in November 2018. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Ragsdale worked for Energen Resources Corporation serving in various engineering roles from 2008 to 2018, most recently as Reservoir Engineering Supervisor for the Midland Basin. Mr. Ragsdale graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
