Brian Merz has served as president of Pioneer Oilfield Services since its inception in 1985. Mr. Merz has 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, most of it as head of Pioneer. He began his career in 1980 doing sales for casing and tubular inspecting companies and then started his own trucking company, Trailblazer Inc., in 1982. In 1985, he started Pioneer, which was bought by Diamondback in 2006.
Loren McNeely is president of Packers & Service Tools Inc. Mr. McNeely has more than 20 years of management experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career as vice president of sales for St. Martin Tools and M & M Packers. He has since held management positions at Moores, Expro Americas and Tripoint Inc. Mr. McNeely has a bachelor's degree in geology from the College of Engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Mike McNeely is director and vice president of Packers & Service Tools. Mr. McNeely has more than 20 years of oil and gas industry experience, having served in his current position since 2004 and previously having served in management positions at Baker Oil Tools, Tripoint Inc., Expro Americas, Moores Inc., St. Martin Rental Tools and M & M Packers Inc. Mr. McNeely attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Pat Broussard is operations manager for Diamondback-Completions, a 2006 start-up company. Mr. Broussard has 24 years experience in the oil and gas industry, having held positions at Pride Oilfield Services, Geo International, Halliburton and Expro Americas. Mr. Broussard has a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
