Will Haley has served as Director of Operations responsible for the Stimulation & Pumping Service lines since December 1, 2007. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Haley served as a Stimulation Specialist from January 2006 to November 2007 for Cimarex Energy. At Cimarex, Mr. Haley was responsible for frac design and execution, ensuring proper quality performance by vendors and frac job scheduling and cost management. From 1980 to 1990 and again from 1995 to 2005, Mr. Haley worked for Halliburton Energy Services in various capacities exclusively in Oklahoma. From July 2005 to December 2005, Mr. Haley served Halliburton as a Technical Professional Leader where he lead field studies and trained associate technical professionals. From June 2002 to April 2005, Mr. Haley was the Principal Technical Professional/Field Service Quality Coordinator where he managed a stimulation department with $42 million in revenue. From April 2000 to June 2002, Mr. Haley was a Senior Technical Professional for Halliburton where he developed best practices for frac optimization in Oklahoma. From November 1997 to April 2000, Mr. Haley served Halliburton as a Software Engineering Team Leader responsible for designing stimulation software. From April 1995 to November 1997, Mr. Haley was an Operations Engineer responsible for developing fracture optimization and best practices for Red Fork and Morrow Formations in Western Oklahoma. He also supported the stimulations and cementing departments with his technical knowledge. From July 1990 to February 1995, Mr. Haley worked for Millpark/Midcontinent Completion Fluids in Clinton, Oklahoma as a Sales Representative/Technical Support person and later as Operations Manager from July 1993 to February 1995. From 1980 to 1990, Mr. Haley worked for Halliburton Energy Services as a Frac Operator/Cementer in Burns Flat, Oklahoma. Mr. Haley graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
Bob Maughmer is vice president of technology and business development for Diamondback Pumping Services. Mr. Maughmer has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with an emphasis on drilling and completion operations. Mr. Maughmer began his career at Yuasa Exide Inc. as an industrial engineer and has since worked at Halliburton and BJ Services, where he served on management teams in Saudi Arabia and Russia.
